USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)

Rochester Child Care Center partners with the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) to offer free nutritious meals to all the children in our care. We work within the guidelines of the CACFP program and strive to offer foods that are low in fat, sugar, and salt. We are also increasing the amount of whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables in our meals and snacks.

Meal Request Mondays
We provide the opportunity for our students to request a meal. Each Monday a child’s meal request is prepared. Check out our past Meal Request Mondays, and consider leaving a request of your own by emailing Alisha Cooper at acooper@rochesterchildcare.org. Families should include: Child's Name, Classroom, and meal request.
